A transaction can be cancelled at anytime during your shopping. It is still possible to cancel your order once confirmed. Please send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be able to provide you a full refund. If it is after this time period charges may apply.
If your client is not happy with the pillow, we are sorry to hear that! Send us an email including your Doctor's full name and proof of purchase so we know it was bought within the 90 day time period. Once we have received this, we will credit your account for the cost of the pillow for your next order.
If your client has found a manufacturing fault with the pillow, send us an email including the Doctor's full name and proof of the problem (an attached photograph). Once we have received this, we will credit your account for the cost of the pillow for your next order.
