We ship Australia-wide, using Allied Express and Star Track. We understand that shipping can often seem expensive for your order, due to the bulky size of the pillow. We frequently check Australia's freight services to ensure that you can getting the most cost effective and guaranteed price on offer.

Allied Express may take up to 10 working days from date of dispatch (Tuesdays). Star Track is a next day* delivery service for VIC, SA, ACT & NSW Metro areas and up to 5 working days for WA, QLD, NT, TAS and regional areas from the date of dispatch (Tuesdays). *Some areas may take longer.

We batch orders and ship weekly on Tuesdays. If you would like your order to be processed promptly we require payment in full by COB Monday. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. If there are any unforseen delays you will be notified via email. Please contact us to arrange redelivery if necessary.

Please note that all delivery times are estimated and commence from date of dispatch (Tuesdays). If you place your order later in the week, it will take a bit longer to arrive as it will go in the following week's shipment. If your order has not arrived within its allotted time, please contact us.
