Everyone is different and therefore requires different support during sleep. That is the great benefit of the Chiroflow® Waterbase® Pillow. It is completely customisable to you - simply choose the degree of support you prefer by adjusting the amount of water in the base. It’s the secret to a better night’s sleep.

Start with 3.5 litres of water and lie down on your mattress. Get another person to check if your head is align with your spine - this indicates the pillow is at the correct heigh. Add more for a firmer feel or if the head is too low, and remove some water for a softer sleep and if the head is too high. Try it out on the first night, and add or remove 500ML at a time across a couple of weeks to work out your ideal firmness. The memory foam pillow is a firmer pillow, which means you will need less water. Start with 2.5 litres of water and adjust accordingly.

Tip: If you find your pillow not as supportive after the first month, add another cup of water (250ML). The fibre will settle naturally in the early months, so add in some water more to restore the original support.
