Shipping your order


Synaptic Sleep uses Star Track Australia-wide to send your order. Star Track offers a fast service with comprehensive tracking and excellent customer support. We dispatch orders twice weekly on Tuesdays & Thursdays. For most of Australia your order should arrive within 5 business days, but we ask that if you live in a regional area or states including WA, NT & TAS that you allow extra time for delivery. This is because Star Track uses an onforwarding agent to service your area and this can take longer.

We only pass our freight prices on to our customers and conduct extensive research to ensure the cost is as low as possible for the bulky size of the pillow. If you have a suggestion for a courier, send us their details and we will explore the option to see if it's the right fit.

Synaptic Sleep requires pre-payment on your order before we ship. If you wish to pay via direct deposit, once paid, we recommend sending through the remittance advice from your bank institution so we can get your order to you as soon as possible. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been fulfilled that you can track on

Please note that all delivery times are estimated. If your order is taking longer than expected, please get in touch so we can fix the problem as soon as possible for you. As part of Synaptic Sleep Pty Ltd's terms & conditions that you accept as a client of Synaptic Sleep Pty Ltd, we are not liable for deliveries with unforeseen delays that take longer than their estimated time.
