We believe in our product. That's why every pillow sold comes with a 90 day money back guarantee and a 3 year manufacturer's warranty. Sometimes, even after experimenting with the water level and trying both fibre and memory foam options, clients choose to return their pillow. Or, they may come across a rare pillow that has a manufacturing defect. 

These problems are easy to fix.

Warranty & Satisfaction claims

If you are submitting a warranty or satisfaction claim, please send through the following details to info@synapticsleep.com.au

- Doctor's name
- Proof of purchase (receipt)
- Photograph of problem (if warranty)

After this has been received, we will credit your online account for the cost of the pillow, that will deduct on your next order.

If you have an issue with your wholesale order (ie. incorrect order) please call us on (03) 9088 3224 and we will be able to help.

Non-wholesale returns

If you are submitting a warranty or satisfaction claim purchased from a chiropractor or health professional, please contact their clinic to process your return.

After this has been received, if within time frame, we will credit your payment method for the paid cost of the product. This may take up to 10 business days to process.
